Hearing - Zoning Designation
The City of Cochran Planning Commission will hold a
Public Hearing to consider a zoning designation for a 3.54-acre vacant parcel
owned by Sergio Lopez Figueroa. This is a parcel site to be considered for
annexation. The site is located at 325 Frank Cook Road at the intersection of
Frank Cook Road and the Cochran By-Pass (Ga. SR Hwy. 87). The parcel site is at
the northeast corner of Frank Cook Road and the Cochran By-Pass. The County Tax
Parcel Number is B38D 137. The prospective zoning designation is RM Multiple
Family Residential.
The City of Cochran Planning Commission is scheduled
to conduct the Public Hearing at the City Auditorium located at 102 North
Second Street on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
The City Council is scheduled to hold a Public Hearing
on the proposed zoning designation during their regular meeting at the City
Auditorium at 102 N. Second Street on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
